Terms of service.
Thank you for choosing TOP END MOTO PTY LTD for your Cape York Motorcycle Adventure. The following terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TOP END MOTO PTY LTD. Please read these terms carefully before making a booking with us.
Booking and Payment:
a. To make a booking with TOP END MOTO PTY LTD, you must be at least 18 years of age.
b. A deposit is required to secure your booking. The amount of the deposit will be specified at the time of booking.
c. Full payment for your tour is due no later than 60 days before the tour start date. d. Payments can be made by credit card or bank transfer. e. If full payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and retain your deposit.
Cancellations and Refunds:
a. If you need to cancel your tour, you must do so in writing.
b. If you cancel your booking your deposit will not be refunded.
c. If we cancel your tour for any reason, you will receive a full refund of all payments made to TOP END MOTO PTY LTD.
Insurance:
a. We strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance that covers motorcycle tours.
b. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have adequate insurance coverage for your trip.
Responsibility and Liability:
a.TOP END MOTO PTY LTD will make every effort to ensure that your tour runs smoothly and safely, but we cannot be held responsible for any disruptions, delays, or cancellations beyond our control.
b. TOP END MOTO PTY LTD are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur during your tour, including but not limited to accidents, illness, or theft.
c. By booking a tour with TOP END MOTO PTY LTD, you agree to assume all risks associated with motorcycle touring.
d. We reserve the right to cancel or alter any part of your tour if we deem it necessary for safety reasons or for any other reason.
Code of Conduct:
a. We expect all our clients to behave in a responsible and respectful manner towards our staff, other clients, and local communities.
b. TOP END MOTO PTY LTD reserve the right to terminate your tour if you engage in behavior that is disruptive or dangerous to yourself or others.
Changes to Terms and Conditions:
a. TOP END MOTO PTY LTD reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
b. Any changes to these terms and conditions will be posted on our website and will apply to all bookings made after the date of posting.
